Eating Well

Great nutrition is essential to aging gracefully. To age well you need to eat well. Eating the right kind of food will have an immediate impact on the way you look - and on the way you feel.

It is true that with a perfectly balance diet we shouldn't need any kind of food supplement however we have to consider the context of the environment we live in.

The air we breathe is polluted, pesticides and other synthetic chemicals have robbed the soil of its natural goodness and processed foods often contain harmful additives. We are so busy now days we tend to snatch meals on the run, and how often do we really eat five good portions of organic fruit and vegetables a day?

Imagine a superfood -- not a drug -- powerful enough to help you lower your cholesterol, reduce your risk of heart disease and cancer, and, for an added bonus, put you in a better mood. Did we mention that there are no side effects? You’d surely stock up on a lifetime supply. Guess what? These life-altering superfoods are available right now.

EARTH'S MOST POWERFUL FOODS

With all this research, time, thought, and dollars being put into a synthetic vitamin, the fact remains that no scientist can even come close to the potentials of what Mother Nature created. One important factor that science has been unable to duplicate is the special kind of energy that holds living food together. Whether this enegy is found in the enzymes or in the energy patterns of whole food structures, it is unlikely that the science will ever be able to reproduce it in a laboratory.

Vitamins and minerals are found in natural packages called fruits and vegetables. These nutrient-rich foods have been under development for hundreds of millions of years. Plants take up inorganic minerals and water through leaves and roots to manufacture (via photosynthesis) organic compounds which become leaves, stems, roots, flowers and fruit. The manufacturing site is the chlorophyll molecule. Given all the right ingredients plants produce the food, flowers, oxygen and trees upon which we depend.
